Prices & Booking
The rates for our guest rooms and the studio vary according to the period:
– High Season from May 1 to September 30 and during the Christmas and Easter school holidays.
– Low Season from October to April, outside Christmas and Easter school holidays.
In July and August and during the Christmas and Easter holidays:
– a minimum of 2 nights is required for stays in a guest room
– a minimum stay of one week is required for the studio with arrival and departure on Saturday.

We ask for a 30% deposit to validate your booking.
GUEST HOUSE
3 types of rates are offered for guest rooms:
– the price for one night
– a weekend rate which corresponds to the rate for 2 nights with an arrival on Friday or Saturday
– a preferred rate for 1 week
Breakfast is included for the guest rooms.
The tourist tax will be payable in addition on site.
During your rental, you can arrive from 3 p.m.Rooms are released at 12 noon. We can keep your suitcases or bags after this time if needed.

A preferred rate is offered for the rental of the family suite, this suite is made up of the Savanna and Safari rooms. A large bathroom is shared by those rooms.
Guest rooms rates include breakfast.
The tourist tax will be payable in addition on site.
FAMILY Suite

You can also rent the whole mill as a gîte (minimum 2 nights), i.e. the three rooms Baroque, Savanna and Safari, the kitchen and the large living room are at your disposal. There are two bathrooms, one of which is shared by two rooms.
The price does not include breakfast.
The tourist tax will be paid in addition on site.

MARINE STUDIO
The studio is a fully equipped independent accommodation for 1 to 2 people.
Breakfast is not included in the rate but available as an option at the rate of €10 per person per day.
A cleaning fee of €30 is also available as an option.
The studio is rented by the week in July-August and during the Easter and Christmas school holidays, arrivals and departures being on Saturdays.
The rates do not include the tourist tax which will be payable in addition on site.

Frequently Asked Questions
As the Moulin d’Artiguedieu is located on the banks of the Gers river, it can be subject to flooding. We reserve the right to cancel a booking should this happen.
We accept rentals in any season, a supplement will be requested for heating depending on weather conditions.
What times are departures and arrivals?
We will be ready to welcome you around 3 p.m.
The release of the rooms is from 12h. We can keep your suitcases or bags after this time if needed.
What are the hours and type of breakfast offered?
Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.
We offer sweet (bread, jam, pastries) and savory (farm eggs, Gers charcuterie).
Can we bring our own food and eat it on site?
Yes you can, if it does not involve cooking, otherwise you will be asked for a supplement.
Are animals accepted?
For our animal friends, please contact us.
How can we pay for our stay?
Payment for your stay is made by check or cash.
Is there Wi-Fi ?
Yes, we have Wifi connection.
Is there a washing machine?
The washing machine is available for weekly rentals.
Can we smoke in the house?
Having sufficient spaces outside and given the large number of woodwork, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside.
